BS, Accounting, Oklahoma State University, JD, University of Oklahoma. Prior to coming to OSU, he was Vice Chairman of Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. Before joining Bank of Oklahoma in 1997, Hargis practiced law in Oklahoma City for 28 years. He is a former president of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, former president of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is a former member and chair of the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges of Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Robert J. Sternberg
Provost and Senior Vice President
BA, Psychology, Yale University, Ph.D., Psychology, Stanford University, 11 honorary doctorates from around the world. Dr. Sternberg served as the dean of the Tufts School of Arts and Sciences from 2005-2010. He also served in a variety of positions on the psychology faculty at Yale University and was the IBM Professor of Psychology and Education and director of the Center for the Psychology of Abilities, Competencies, and Expertise. Dr. Sternberg was also listed as one of the "Top 100 Psychologists of the 20th Century" by APA Monitor. He became OSU's Provost in August of 2010.

Joseph B. Weaver, Jr.
Vice President, Administration and Finance
BS and MS, Accounting, Oklahoma State University. Weaver has served OSU since 1981. He left OSU for one year to serve as an aide to the Oklahoma Secretary of Education during Governor Bellmon’s term of office. He has also served the community in varied civic activities, currently as Stillwater City Councilman, with the goal of assisting in the development of a good partnership with the City and the University community. Weaver is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Class XXI. Previously the Associate Vice President/Chief Budget and Planning officer, he assumed his current post of Vice President, Administration and Finance in 2011.

Gary C. Clark
Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Clark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (B.S., 1969; M.S., 1972) and the University of Texas (J.D., with honors, 1975). He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Delta Phi and the Order of the Coif. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. While in private practice in Tulsa, Mr. Clark was listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Trusts and Estates and Bankruptcy Law). He has served as a frequent presenter on continuing legal education topics. He served eight years on the Board of Regents for Oklahoma State University/A&M Colleges (Chair, 1997-98). After practicing law in Tulsa for almost 30 years, he became the Vice President and General Counsel of the Oklahoma State University Foundation in 2004. In March of 2008, he became Vice President of University Relations for Oklahoma State University.

 Dr. Stephen McKeever

Dr. McKeever joined the OSU physics faculty in 1983 and attained the rank of associate professor in 1986. He served as head of the department from 1995 to 1999. Sanders earned her bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Ill., and received her D.V.M. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Sander comes to OSU from Ohio State University where she is the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs and Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Department of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. Dean Sander has served since August 2011.
